challenge her to anything. it can be pool, ping pong, basketball, a race, or game of tic-tac toe.

before you start, tell her the rule: IF YOU WIN THAN____ , IF SHE WINS THAN ___

(If you win, you get to pick whatever you want and she has to do it. And same thing for her, you have to do something she wants, if she wins. )

*Make sure if you win, you choose something that is fun, and increases alot of sexual tension between you two, but builds comfort as well.

I like it It worked on me. My boyfriend (before we were going out) challenged me to a running race (there were no stakes though) and it kinda turned me on! I mean I wanted to beat him in the race but then when we were all sweaty and puffed out, we had a giggle and then I really really wanted to kiss him!

Challenges are usually the basis of my interaction amongst women. I think that women who constantly meet AFC's become bored because it's a case of "jump" "how high?" and thus it's not fun and unattractive.

By being challenging in any sense such as physical challenges or flirtatious challenges (taking her hoop away and making it our own) makes us fun and attractive. However I've always tried to emphasise the importance of challenging women by starting with small challenges and then gradually introduce bigger ones. Like you said it builds comfort and sexual tension. It's an effective tool in the arsenal.
