So after you have some attraction and comfort going on with a chick...the kiss close crosses your mind at some point. So to escalate and get closer to the KC you say..

"Gimme your hands" and put yours out so she can reach them. stay calm so she won't resist thinking you will do something to her.

look at her eyes while holding her hands.."You know, you're a really sweet girl and all...but i think we should just be friends.." smirk/smile and throw her hands down take a step back and look away but keep facing her.

She will fight back playfully..if she doesn't then you haven't stirred up enough attraction

Doing this you have kino, face to face eye contact, and then a push. Although this is playful she will subconciously or later conciously think of what you would actually be like as a boyfriend which stirrs up girl emotions in her and stuff will go easier from there.

Say a few cocky things, tease her a little, then right at the end of a story or some DHV, let that slight pause that always comes in when you finish when you story where you guys make eye contact and you see the change in her eyes that lets you know she just realized, "This guy is amazing and I want him." and hold that stare for a second.

Then in an almost condescending tone, "Here...let me see your hands (hands grab)...look, you seem like a really sweet person, but...let's just be friends."

And then, don't break your stare. Don't smile right away to release the tension. Don't laugh looking for approval. Just stare her down and let her make the first move.

She'll probably laugh at first, then when you don't, she'll stop and be like "Wait, he's not kidding?".

When you hit that point, don't laugh, but slyly smile. At that exact point, I'd grab her by the head or shoulders and push her away, like, "you're such a little shit" and then as she's laughing, pull her back in, strong eye contact again, another pause of tension, then slowly go in for the kiss.
