Use this to your advantage. I had a german gf a year ago who barely spoke a word of english, and yet i managed to get her. Why? I acted like language meant nothing. She doesnt know the word - thats cute. Tease her non-verbally. Touch her to communicate the fact that youre ok with the barrier.

Once you get beyond the 'fluffing' stage just simply take her hands and gaze at her, letting the sexual tension do its work. In fact words are only supposed to communicate the abstract - the real language is of the body. She knows this.
