A lot of people will tell you, you were to needy or some crap like that but on the real. You didn't do anything wrong. Texting is a comfortable way of communicating. Your before hand game needed improvement on that set. Think about the attraction you made and how far you were able to take it before you got the number. Not responding to a text is caused by lack of interest.

Texting is easy and don't put to much energy trying to figure out the best ways just be congruent with how you came off when you met her. IE super high energy and cocky when you meet her then low energy chill and alouf on the phone. Wont work.
