My opinion is that since only 5% of what you communicate is verbal. Therefore learning how to DHV effectively through your body language can cut down on the time spent in A2. Here's some stuff that can help: (make sure you have the basics first).

Basics
1. Stand tall with good posture. Even if it's noisey don't compromise, instead make her speak in YOUR ear - not the other way around.
2. Keep your drink down and by your side.
3. Speak slowly, clearly, loudly and with a low tone.

Physical DHVing - moving her about.

1. When you do a routine that requires the HB to give you her hands - make her twirl for you and steal her chair.

2. Make negs physical like grab her hand and then turn it over to check that the sticky thing you felt is still there - wipe the area and then your hand on your sleave looking a little disgusted - immediately verbally DHV.

3. Interupt her - correct her posture, lift her chin up with a finger and tell her to look you in the eyes. Tell her that that's much better and say 'okay, go on...'

4. Grab her lightly on the elbow and move her so that the group opens up (if she's still closing the group to you) continue talking (this is in the event that hook point has been achieved but physical confinement somehow leaves the group closed).

5. You're in a conversation and someone is walking and trying to get past in the bar, hold her elbow move her closer to you and out of the way of the person getting by. Look at them and acknowledge them with a nod and eye contact. Move the girl back and look her in the eye while smiling "ok, as i was saying..."

6. When teasing and things are beyond hook point if you can physically tease her with punches, or even better give her a nuggie then do it.
