Yowch. most of these sound pretty harsh, like you would get slapped or have a drink thrown at you. You seriously use these? I could see a few of them possibly working once you've already established a rapport and some sort of friendship, but most of them sound coarse enough to sink you as soon as they come out of your mouth.
I could see this one going wrong in so many ways. Suppose:
1. She was in fact beaten or abused as a child
2. Even worse, she was molested as a child
3. In general she just had a bad childhood

You've just brought up all those past emotions and associated them with you. You've proven yourself to be callous, insensitive and hurtful in one sentence.
I don't know if you know this, but trash talking her friends does not make you attractive. Pretending to be into her friend does not make her into you. Chances are if you're talking about her friend like this, she'll back her friend up by finding a reason for the two of them to bail.
That slapping and drink being thrown at you I was talking about earlier? This will probably do it. I don't know of any woman that would be okay with you telling them they have a mustache. What type of girls are you trying to pick up if they have mustaches in the first place?
This is not bad. I think you should reword it to take some of the sting out of it so it's not just a flat out neg. "We would have beautiful kids if they get my good looks... (pregnant pause) you can provide the brains for them?" If you want to be funny and NEG at the same time, use: "We would have beautiful kids if they get my good looks. You... (pregnant pause) you can provide the fingernails (or some other relevant trivial body part) for them?"
