How to form a routine around a prop?

My stainless steel dice necklace arrived in the mail today (eight bucks, including shipping!) which I bought, coincidentally, for sarging and as an anchor for my new-found confidence.

However, aside from making a corny alpha pun ("oh, it's because i'm a player") I can't think of any routines or et cetera to use when HBs inquire about it. Any ideas?
