Heh steve martin is a master PUA/alpha male. Those guys have some great material which is really easy to use..

I would build up the intro to this one a bit, talk about this great self-betterment trick you learned etc.. also maybe switch different and original around, first and last place are the strongest in any speech, and it is so obvious (ok reading it) that first place seems maybe a give away.

Heheh i am going to try this out later tho, will keep ya posted, even if I do just pull it on my friends. =P

You need a punch to the ending. possibly a funny tease line, or a really arrogant statement you can both laugh at. Somehting i might say that kind of goes with my humor is, repeat everything other people say (slight pause) even if they are realy ridiculously goodlooking. then i'd probably zoolander pose for a seond. You just need something to soften the end.
Play with it and you could make it work.

I started doing that when i was probably a freshman in highschool. Long before PUA ever came into my life. I use to go up to everyone an say, "did you ever think that there is more to life then being really really really ridiculously goodlooking." Then strick the pose. I love that movie. I was obsessed with it. I actually almost made LaTigra or Magnum my PUA name.

But, if anything, Scrubs took it from me lol. Just playing. Scrubs is a great show.
