This girl keeps on playin games and we've been talking for a while now and she broke up with her boyfriend. Like if we are talkin on the phone and I say something like "I'm bout to head in this store" she'll say "uhh bye then" like well forget u then, even though she knows I still wanna talk to her. Plus one day we will talk about all kinds of sexually then the next day she only wants to talk for a few minutes. Then she does the shit test of either texting someone else while I'm on the phone or switchin over talking to someone else and then calling me nosy when I say who were u talkin to.

What should I do?

give her a taste of her own medicine... Obviously she takes your company as nothing serious, she knows she can push you around and your just going to call back, its obvious she doesn't appreciate that she gets to talk to someone like you.

so..

A) ignore her, and talk to other girls..
B) Call her out on it, (this totally depends on the girl, so unless you know her careful with this).
C) make her understand that when she talks to you, its like a gift not everyone can have, ITS YOUR TIME YOUR GIVING HER...

I'd do all of the above, especially A, B, and C. This girl is in a messed up frame of mind, probably because of her last relationship, and she is being a bitch to you because of it. Either force her hand, or find a girl who is worth your time. Right now you are just getting played.

If you really want her I suggest you switch to the Natural Game Johnny Soporno style! Tell her you value your friendship with her and that while you would never want to ruin that that she can indeed count on you for fooling around time if she is ever just in the mood. Become the 'friend that doesn't count'. Sooner or later she'll realize that you have a dick too.
