Let's not focus on your spelling as a DHV eh? lol I joke of course! :P

Right, there's a few points that maybe you could work on, I'd say that the cooking one can be a reasonable DHV for sure. If there's one thing women love to hear, it's how domesticated a man is, so telling someone that you are a capable chef (it's not lying just over exaggerating the truth) and the meals you've prepared, for friends and family, not to mention the incredible parties you've hosted from your cooking, should be a pretty good story.

At some point, if you're going with the above example, you can maybe invite them to a cooking class round your house, or set up some kind of casual get together with her, your good friends and yourself.

The Judo thing, though a great thing to have, doesn't really have a lot going for it when talking about it to a woman unless she knows a little about Judo too. In most cases, physical violence isn't something that a woman can really relate to, or at least not in a positive way.

Cooking though, I think that's the winner. If there's one thing that EVERYONE has in common, it's eating food and enjoying great food. People don't eat food they don't enjoy in some way, so right there you have a DHV story that has positive emotional ties to the woman.

Hope this works out for you.
