| Apparently I think best whenever I'm trying to get to sleep. Others choose the shower, but I pick the comfy pastures of my bed. A couple of days ago I devised this little "Rainy Hypothetical Question" routine that I'd both like to share and see critiqued. I need ideas on how to either flesh it out or make it stick and be more effective.
Keep in mind that the girl I'm gonna first use it on is 1,000 miles away (college break), so it will be implemented on the phone; therefore vocal delivery is the area of utmost importance (and I notoriously have trouble on the phone, but I can't wait much longer on this chick). Here's the gist of it:
--
"[Insert her name here], I gotta question for you, purely hypothetical, aight? Okay, say, hypothetically (or literally, take your pick), you and I are walking down this random street having a blast. I mean, we're having so much damn fun that, I don't know, we start holding hands and skipping, we're that damn happy. Then suddenly, out of nowhere, IT STARTS RAINING! I mean like pouring, Noah's ark-type rain!
Now, you and I look at each other, and we're wondering what to do next. There's one of three options: 1) we can run inside the KB Toys to our left and build a fort of toys until the rain dies down[her and I have a KB Toys inside story, so insert any PLAYFUL place here, keyword PLAYFUL; you'll see why]; 2) we can run across the street to the book/record store [or any place that oozes CREATIVITY; art shops or museums also could work in this situation] and just listen to music or talk about books until the sun comes back out, or; 3) we could keep skipping like we don't care in the rain, stomping in every frickin' puddle around [this third option MUST STAY THE SAME; this connotes an ADVENTUROUS personality]. What would you choose and why?"
She gives her answer, and you actively listen to see what she picks. If she picks the first choice, you discuss all the possible choices and what they mean, then comment on how PLAYFULNESS is her dominant personality type; you do the same thing if she picks the second or third choice, commenting on her respective choice. Branch the conversation from there.

So, what do you think? What could be improved? Look especially at the italicized part; I left it vague because I personally don't know how to make this connect to any attraction building like I want it to. With this being a phone thing initially, how can I use this to build attraction? What changes/additions can I make to have this work like I want to?
