If a girl asks you to try or borrow some possession of yours, how do turn the conversation into a playful attraction sparking and keeping routine.

I usually ask her if she could beat me at thumb fighting or if she buys me drink or something to eat/snack.
So its "fair".

That worked actually last night for me.

But i'm curious to hear some other approaches to this one situation.

That's good that you made a playful "deal" with her. The fact that she asked you to ride your bicycle can be a sign of interest. If this happened to me, I would do a couple of different things depending on where we are in the interaction. If she opened me with that, I would want a little more investment from her before I reward her with my bike so I may do a slight tease and start qualifying her. If she asked me this after I already got enough investment from her, I would something similar to what you've done.

There has to be some type of exchange. As long as she's doing something to earn the items, then you're fine. But you are investing when you give her something. one of the biggest breaks in rapport is saying "no"
