Bring a ballpoint pen with you.

Tell the girl you can read her palm.

Once you've got her hand, say "hold on, just a second", pull out the pen. Write your name on her hand and draw a heart round it.

Then look at her palm, ignoring what's just happened and act as if you're seeing something deep and mystical. Say "I sense that you're having deep feelings for someone. You should be cautious though as those feelings might not be reciprocated".

If she calls you on having written on her hand just say "well how else was I supposed to read your palm? There's nothing on there but a bunch of fucking lines!"
