Advice needed on how to escalate/rebound.

You should tone down on the whole being an asshole thing. Too much push, not enough pull. I mean yeah you will attract certain types of women that enjoy that, but they won't be emotionally mature women. If a girl is giving interest in you and qualifying herself, you should reward her. If you don't she will just think you're a player douche and not see it as worth her time or effort.

You straight up insulted not one but both girls. There's a difference between a playful tease that is clearly meant in jest, and an insult. You need to just man up and apologize for being a dick. I doubt either girl, if they are mature about things, will be interested anymore, but you can still take this as a learning experience. On to the next!
