I'm a server, so I was waiting on these an HB9 and HB8. and anyways I don't really remember what I said to them, (it was 3 days ago, but you shouldn't need details of the conversation) but I guess my game is pretty automatic, but at one point the HB9 said "minijag you're too young" (but in a playful tone) as I was re approaching the table. It kind of threw me off guard, so I went into a DHV were I told a story about me and a 38year old who I thought was 25. (At least I hope it turned out to be a DHV. It just happened last weekend so I haven't refined the story to illicit the points I wanted it to. Especially for this specific purpose, which was convey that I older women aren't out my reach, or something to that effect)

Anyways, I seriously was not expecting this women to blurt that out. Was this because I didn't bother to properly DHV? (It was a table im serving on, so I'm not going to approach it and start talking about myself obviously)

Also, is it premature for me to assume that somehow I did build attraction to her, but she did a LMR of some sort? Which is what i think happened, and I should have plowed through it, but I'm not sure how.
