I've got this one girl in one of my classes that I've just noticed is damn fine. Problem is, she is one of those shy, reserved type of girls. Anywhays, I've made small talk with her in the past, but never been interested in her sexually. Now I am. Shes not super talkative (actually, she's pretty quiet) so initiating kino the traditional way is almost out of question. Anbody got a good strategy for this type of girl?

I would concentrate on building comfort , it may well be that this takes more time / effort than normal. Start using kino when the comfort is build and u are switching to the seduction phase.
It might not be "orthodox" but i believe this works best in over-shy cases.
