"I think people can fall into two general categories.(Make sure to stress the general part.) Either they're mostly hyper or mostly stoic. I'm sure you know which ONE you are (You want to giver her a second to mentally pick a category.) but what I look for is balance. how would you describe your over all energy?"

If she goes for something in the middle, then she's qualifying herself.
Note to key points; Make sure she's generalising and make she you see her taking a second to mentally choose one category before you mention a middle ground!
