First of all you are not in comfort. Have you already gone through A3? I'm willing to bet that you're in A2. Because she didn't answer your questions it means you're still in it.
If you're not getting the desired response then work in the current phase of the M3 model until you can attempt progression again.
If I'm in A2 moving to A3 and I ask her a question she doesn't want to answer then I will neg and continue A2 with DHV's and active disinterest.
