I just checked out another video where they mention something that calls "Bitch Butterflies". Which is when you come up with excuses to not approach a girl, reasons like "she's on her cellphone", "I think she's in a bad mood", "She seems in hurry" and so on.

Bitch Butterflies is basically Approach Anxiety. These guys are really fun to watch though and speak some truth.
