Well I guess that you can always do negs. But like you said they work better in hot babes because they are used to be liked and idolatrated by men.
You only need to balance the negs and the quality of them when you are bellow 8, i mean, you must use less and not "schocking negs" to get better results.

That's what i think and what i try to do in real scenarios.
