Tried this one on a HB8 that was really digging me, seemed to work out well.

Me: *takes her hand and looks at her nails*
HB8: What are you looking at?
Me: I like your hands, but why the nail polish / lack of nail polish? or Why nail polish? I like natural.

Helps if you look insanely interested and wait for her to break the silence.
Brought it back once to get a hold of her hand again, which didn't feel strong/DHV to me at the time, but it did work.
