Start off excited using the opinion opener. "hey! I just have to ask you.."
Then explain you have this hot female friend of yours who is dating a guy, and he invited her to something and she's wondering how long she should wait to say yes to not sound desperate. Basically, the same fucking thing she's probably doing to you.

This first of all gets her brain juices going because it's a complex social question -- on the one hand, she really wants to give her womanly advice. on the other hand, she doesn't want to explain exactly what she is already doing to you...so she starts asking questions to figure out of its real. The whole time she is challenging herself in the way that she responds which keeps her interested. This also gives you opportunity to describe the story with lots of details etc that specifically demonstrate how keen you are about male-female social dynamics to begin with, which makes you more attractive to her.

she'll start giving advice and revealing all the details of her silly methods because her ego is too big and she loves talking about this stuff. The great thing is that once she has revealed the methods to you, she can't really use them on you ever again without it being obvious -- and then you can just laugh at her and call it out.

finally, after having a long conversation in which you get all she has to say, you can admit that you just made up the whole story to fuck with her and get her methods. this keeps you in the power position and demonstrates to her that you've outsmarted her at her own game, which is going to drive her mad but make her even more interested because it shows that you are not just some dumb AFC, you are actually someone she's going to have to work for
