So when I watch films like cowboys and aliens and Thor and look at how the lead role acts, its clear that they are the 'Alpha' . . there script is like a page long and its all about there often heroic/ danger/ spontaneous actions.

How can you portray that in a real life situation? . . clearly you cant behave like that in real life.

for example when im in a meeting and my boss says something I done like im not going to stare him down then do a back flip beat up my co-workers, escalate the secretary and then have a car chase home . . i would loose my job and go to prison.

Completely agree with this, Only a view movies do a good job in showing content that some what resembles the 'Alpha male'.

I would suggest buying the book 'How to become an alpha male by John Alexander'. It goes into to detail on how to acquire to the attributes of an alpha male. No it isn't, you just described the attributes of a jerk. How many people do you think life somewhat like this, the only answer to that is a drug dealer, people who don't give a fuck and have over inflated egos. A real alpha male doesn't need to go macho all the time because his dominance is enough to ensure that people don't to try anything against him.
