When to apply Kino?

Hey all,

I'm at the beginning of C1 w/ this girl and I'm going shopping with her and her friend.

Is it acceptable to Kino Escalate with her friend present? or should I just build verbal comfort for now and escalate Kino at a later time?

Well, I personally prefer to do the first kinoing when we're alone/isolated, but u gotta make a move soon IMO. going shopping with her, and her friends is getting dangerously close to the friends zone.
