I stand with my hands in my back pockets, as opposed to front.

Trying to change many of my body language cues and elements this past summer, I noticed something while standing at an airport carousel waiting for my luggage. I was standing totally casually without thinking about it, with my hands in my pockets, posture upright and feet about shoulder width apart-but then i noticed: so were the other 50 guys around me. So I thought. hm, how can I make myself seem more alpha, different from the rest of these guys, but not overtly weird? And so i came up with this: standing with your hands in your back pockets as opposed to front. Its so simple. I personally do this all the time now (expect when im walking of course ahah) and it seems to work well for a couple of reasons.
1. opens chest up more by pushing it further out
2. allows for shoulders to be pulled back
3. ^both of these convey loads of certainty and confidence.
4. fairly nonchalant

its subtle, but just different enough for us to be noticed in a good way. I'll use this when im talking to a girl too, just with one hand in the back pocket, and the other in front making gestures and such.

I don't always have my hands in my pockets, but when I do, I prefer this method.
