Well I came up with the idea to steal and combine the ideas that predate it...

Rapport Statement (Or Frame Control/ CnF/ anything but BHRR. You have bit of a wild card here.)

Sounds like it could be good, can you give an example?

Story-
"So I just saw this random ass fight on the street, like out of no where. *I* was just minding my own business, two Arabian dudes come up at each other, shoulders tense, angry expressions, and they start swinging! One of them gets knocked back and falls right at my feet, and the dude standing is like "Fucking kick the pig in the face!" and I didn't know what the fuck to do, I didn't want to get involved but I didn't want this arabic gangster coming after me. I ended up just leaving. Yet another what the fuck moment in the drama that is my life."
Question-
"You ever see any good fights close up?"
Answer-
"Yea, this one time... in band camp..."
Reply- (Going with CnF)
"Damn, aren't you glad you've got me here now?" (Smile.)

Story-
"Speaking of my family, my little brother just started pre-k! I got to go see him off to school on his first day, I was so anxious for him, and he's already trying to act like a guy, pretending not to be nervous, but when we got there and he saw us leaving, he looked back and had a "Shit just got real" expression on his face! But he ended up having fun and made a little friend."
Question-
"Do you have any babies in your family?"
Answer-
"Nah, I'm the youngest."

Bait-
"So what school did you go to?"
Hook-
"Blah blah elementary school."
Reel-
"What! That's where I went!"
Release-
"I had my first crush there, now you've just broken my heart... And I just meet you too! I don't know if we can be friends after that!" (Smile, maybe softly push her shoulder away.)

Yeah, this sounds very close to normal conversation. Good job. I did this unconsciously today with a single. Was too much of a nice guy though.
