well it is a little confusing because she doesn't think of me being AFC she thinks of me being a player and alpha so she knows that I have other options "which I do" so my thought process is if an "in demand" guy like myself is trying to persue her then he must really like her or he wouldn't even be trying

So you need to let her know that you aren't a player (which if you are a PUA, you aren't, they're different, if you don't know how yet, look it up and figure it out). What you were doing by calling her trying to show her that you like her is going, "Shit, she thinks that I'm a player and know how to interact with women to get what I want. I'll show her that I'm an AFC and that way she'll be interested." Problem is, chicks don't want AFCs, so although you may have shown you're not a player, you showed that you aren't a PUA either and may have screwed it up. Turn it around quick and start doing things right, or its over.

hmm iv had this same problem myself to which i replied ' im not like those other guys thats wot makes u like me. if u think i want to just bed u then u really dont know me' then walked off.

i didnt talk to her again untill she made contact with me.

if u are the alpha and ur confident then u dont need to bug her constantly by texting her... wait for her to text u then send her 1 or 2 texts that day then wait for her to text u again. later... push pull her.

Interesting reading this. Something that was mentioned in the replies, and now seems kinda irrelevant, but got me thinking nonetheless, how would one make a girl think she's lucky to have or be spending time with you?

I'm guessing displaying prizability is the way to go but I could be wrong?
