" I got up at 12 and ate a sandwhich. ran into town to get groceries. got some stuff. drove by the mall, bought some stuff, watch a car race."
here the story sounds really boring and yes I just wrote some random shit. but I coulda added some reason why I woke up so late. that I was getting groceries for a barbeque. maybe you wanted some 3 inch earrings that looked cool at the mall. you went to watch two friends race their "xxx" cars.
Alot of what DHV does it not only allows you to see the stories you already have but teach how to make something as simple as I ate a sandwhich sound amazing
" I toasted two pieces of bread added miracle whip to both sides. got two pieces of balogne. smacked some more delicious miracl whip. decided to get healthy and added one long piece of wet scrumptous lettuce and lunch was served"
could have been written better but Im still working on my story telling abillities.
On season one of the pickup artist. Matador tells cosmo or one of the guys that in a dhv story that less is more. Like you could just not mention your friends name in the story and the girls could use that as a hook to ask who your friend is.
