I have actually done this before...It is posted in several other places on this forum and I think it's written about in one of the bigger PUA books I just can't remember which one.

It's an... interesting idea I suppose. Personally I think it's a little direct. But it's an interesting idea for isolation - maybe just having the group close their eyes and then taking the girl to the side, asking how long they think the group will keep their eyes closed and then show her another magic trick and starting kino.

BTW, 1.618 is the Golden Ratio, not pi. Geez, I feel a little nerdy all of a sudden.

I like the trick, but where can I buy it?

I think most groups will react negatively to this. They probably won't get the joke to why you ran off with her, unless you come back to tell them, which would be kind of DLVing.

How about doing it in a less extreme way? When the groups has its eyes closed, just go hide behind the targed in a cocky funny kind of way, and tell them to open their eyes again. This is especially funny when you've done some good magick tricks beforehand, since they were expecting another real trick. When they -surprise!- appear to see you, you can neg your target for not being able to hide you.
