I've known this HB for 5 or 6 years since middle school but we haven't seen each other for like 2 years. We know each other pretty well but haven't talked or caught up in a while. She told me she had a crush on me in middle school like a year ago online and I told her the same so she knows how I feel.

We agreed to meet tomorrow since i'm in town. I was wondering if there are any good C&F routines I should run in this paticular situation, anything for girls you've known for a while sorta but haven't spoken to? I know A1 and A2 are out but I guess I should just start with A3? The last time I met up with her for a day I was quiet and shy because that was my natural self I didn't even know about PUA stuff. But she is still interested in meeting me and seems to still like me so any ideas guys? I need help.

if the last time u met her u were shy, then be all confident and social and shell be pleasantly surprised. also i think u should maybe refresh a2 but no dhv or negs or stories. u should probley just be urself anyway if youve known her for so long, and if urself isnt good enough - fake it till u make it
