How to efficiently introduce yourself?

Hi guyz, my first post.
In five months time i will be attending college in a completely new city where I know no - one.
I'm pretty sure that i will have countless opportunities to introduce myself, both - at parties to pretty girls or at campus, in semi - formal situation.
Could you give me any advice / already prepared routines how to effectively introduce myself? I'm looking for a talk, which conveys DHV but i do not want to sound like i'm bragging.
Let's say your lecturer asks all the people in his group to introduce themselves. Each student has 10-15 s. to say something about himself.
Ready? Steady? Gooo!

Don't DHV or qualify yourself. That 10 sec introduction in class means nothing and I don't anyone will even remember it. Focus on gaming girls 1 on 1 or in normal group settings.
