Now what...Have not, and do not believe I should setup anymore dates. I suppose this is a value issue. (Her putting her time at higher value than mine.)
Salvageable,how, or not? (Value issue)

She did tell you up front... Maybe she's just a habitually late person.
If it bothers you, don't date her.

Invite her along to something where it won't matter if she's late (a party you're going to or whatever) if you want to see her again, but I personally would ditch her for someone who can hold a damn schedule.

I feel like she will be less flakey, plus you can come a bit later to her house so she knows how it feels (as opposed to coming to a set place, she's home and she won't get up and leave). Come 5-10 minutes later than you promised.
As of now it seems like she said, "I will have things how I want them and you will still date me if it's inconvenient for you." _________________ A morning of awkwardness is far better than a night of loneliness.

My ex would always be straggling when we had plans that were mine that were time sensitive. When she wanted to do something I'd be in the dog house for showing up 15 min late.

Ditching shouldn't be based on something this arbitrary which could be corrected with very basic communication.
