I used this with great reaction, I even used it when a girl told me "I'm just here to have a good time with my girls", I said the line and she kept talking to me...

The floss line could be used as

"so the next thing you're going to tell me is you don't floss every day...Huge red flag"

or

"you don't look that the type who flosses every day"
