Ok so I've been seeing this girl for 3 or 4 weeks and I was starting to get feelings for her. Not good ones. The same feelings of intense jealousy I had with my ex frrom a few years ago who cheated on me with practically everybody I know.

The thing is I don't even care about this girl so much,so why am I already feeling like this?

The problem is I ended up reading her messages this morning when she was at the shop. BAD IDEA!

I've now found she is possibly still seeing a guy I knew she used to fuck, as well as potentially being a stripper! Mad I know but true, it's really given me a shock this morning and I don't know if I can go into work I feel fucking sick and TOTALLY AFC!

I've been gaming girls for a couple of years now and I haven't felt like this in ages, it's come as a horrible shock and made me think that I haven't really changed a bit. Please give me some advice on how to get rid of these feelings once and for all! I can't fucking handle it any more :(

From experience I can tell you that thoughts like those will show in your body language and choice of words around the girl. Inevitably it'll change you and potentially push her away.

If you're convinced that she is cheating you can either: -
- confront her (without telling her you've read her private messages),
- get rid and move on; or
- win her over by adding excitement, mystery etc to your relationship to create the spark.

To manage the 'jealous' feelings, I always maintained the attitude "its her loss if she walks away". That always kept me cool in situations like the ones you've described.

Hope this helps
