While your talking to your target and you start building sexual tension, you can do something to get a kiss. It's like hussling a girl, you make her think one thing,but then mean something else.

As your talking to your target say something like, Do you wanna play a quick game?
-Yeah, sure!
I bet I can tell you where you got your shoes/sandals/whatever
-pshh, no one knows but me!
Well then, let's make this a little interesting. If I can tell you where you got your shoes, then you have to give me a kiss. If I answer wrong, I'lll owe you a beer (or whatever you want to say)
-HA FINE, you'll never be able to guess where! Cuz I bought them in Cancun!
Well guess what? It doesn't matter what store you bought them from, because I said I can tell you where you got your shoes, and you got your shoes on your feet! You owe me a kiss!
- UGHH WOWWW!
Kiss up!

If she's hesitant about this, then say, Fineee, just give me a kiss on the cheek!

As she's about to do this, at the last second, turn your head and match your lips with hers. It's cute and funny and most likely she'll laugh. Oh and hey...you got a kiss. I've tried it a few times and it's worked perfectly so far. Tell me what you think

That sounds almost exactly like what I do.

Except, of course, it's not always a shoe thing. I've done really stupid ones as well, any competition with a kiss as the bet works.

Some other places it has worked:
- Post clubbing we were deciding between two spots to grab some food, and I bet a kiss that location x was closer. Proved it on my phone and got the kiss, then f-closed after food.
- Bet that I had more facebook friends than her, again proved on the phone. We
- This girl was from albania, and she swore to me that it was the mediterranean sea next to her (we were talking about beaches). She was wrong, its the adriatic sea. (She wasnt the brightest, but I did it )

This would work well with a wingman. Just have a pre-determined question, and have him verify that you are correct, if no internet is available.
