Preselection is one of the most powerful DHVs in PUA, but for anyone starting out in the game also the most difficult to transmit "Hey all I need is an HB10 on my arm and loads of girls will desire me" a chicken and egg situation.

There are however ways to ascribe preselection to yourself and this is the best I have used and seen in action.

It's best used in a reasonably crowded bar or ideally club for best effect for reasons you will see why in a minute...Here it is....

On entering a bar or club as a newcomer you have about 5 to 10 minutes were HBs in the venue will pay most attention to you to "Weigh you up" so to speak until the next batch of arrivees enters.

On entering, walk round the club to squeeze past the maximum amount of HBs possible to take you to the bar. But as you pass, trail one arm behind you covered by the crowd and lightly tap as many HB's as possible on the small of the back without looking at them as if you are just sliding through (very important:AFTER you have passed) The girl will just think you accidently knocked her and think no more of it. This is the true reality of the situation.

"Yes and what is this going to achieve" you are wondering?

Well... any HB watching you on your meandering route through the crowd will see EVERY girl you pass turn round and look at you just like they would if Brad Pitt or George Clooney passed them, and just like you would if a Playboy centrefold walked by, and assume that the girls who look at you do so due to their being attracted to you: this is the second reality and...hey presto preselection from dozens of women!

It can be done at anytime really but for maximum effect you have most exposure when you first arrive.

It used to be called "the ripple" back in the late 90's when it first appeared as when you watch one of your friends do it from a higher vantage point thats exactly what it looks like; a ripple of attention flowing across a sea of HBs lol.

I'm pretty sure the original creator was mentalist guy from the states called Banachek who did a trick called PK touches in his mentalist routines back in the mid 80's and it was picked up by the very early PUAs and modified later on.

Never seen any of gamblers stuff before but it's possible he came up with it independantly but I first heard of it Christmas 1998 (important date for me).

Works a treat anyway.

No the Rock Star Effect by Gambler is a little different. His idea is to brush past your target (lets say your hand strokes her hand on the way past or your hand on her thigh whatever) such that you and here are in contact in a non threatening way. The HB then checks you out as you go by. Certainly different. I like both concepts.
