Theres this chick that works in a clothing store at the mall(HB9), i'm pretty sure shes a manager there. I'm looking to walk in, approach her, and get her number. I usually have no problem getting numbers, but i've never approached a woman when she's working before. I'm assuming you'd have to make it quick, since she can't commit a lot of time to talking to you.

Anyone have experience with this? Any lines that may be helpful or useful in this situation? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!

She'll have plenty of time if she thinks you will spend money! Remeber she is being paid to smile at you so don't be fooled by false IOI's.

You can open by asking about shirts etc but break her out of customer service mode and into a more natural interaction by talking about stuff unrelated to her work in the clothing store.

Chances are her boss if present will take a dim view of her giving out her phone number/setting up dates while she's at work, so you will need to be covert about getting the number.

Try this: when you're at the counter and she gives you the receipt, pretend there is a problem and ask her to make a quick note on the back:

"Could you just write 0... [pause] 7.... [pause] And fill in the rest?" (with a smile)

I try not to pick up chicks working, especially in the service industry. Their customer service will throw you off of your game, make you think you're smoother than you really are.

Let her open you and ask if you need help with something...say no...then say actually I do need a girls opinion on whatever section of the store. You can say its a present for a friend n here is the time to slip in a nice dhv story about u n ur friend. Ask her a little about how long she's worked at the store or whatever just fluff...then say something like im pretty picky about my sales people, beplayful, n let her qualify herself for a min. Then get completely out of talking about clothin n focus on her...run a cool quick routine...if she is still talking to u n u havnt talked about whatever item u started...she is diggin it. Well...she may be just being nice, but you will definitely be able to tell. Also, at the beginning if its a clothin store throw in a little neg like after u ask for her opinion tell her u know she has good taste because your grandma has the same earrings n she is the most stylish grandma u kno...just be fun n playful you can basically say n do anything if you do it in a fun way. I hope these ideas help u get ur 9 man.
