and take it from there....

the point is to be rejection proof while being funny and it's something she has never experienced before

I don't a see a reason why this may not work.
Its pretty simple and original, this routine show her that you're confident and you know what you want.
If she doesn't wan to kiss you she'll simply reply with a text saying that she dont.. and you may reply that she's not that girl or something like that.

It's a form of causal communication. It's not hiding behind a computer or etc. This is just a pick up method to get her to go out with you so you can have that face to face interaction and learn about each other. I personally do not have any problem with electronic communication. I Think it is great to have electronic communication because It's just another arsenal we have in our hand. I have Deep conversations with girls over the phone late at night, it might not be as effective as face to face interaction at night, but it's less intimidating for the girl and it great way to relax them next time you see them.
