Approach a girl and say, "You are easily the cutest thing i've seen in the past 5 minutes."

I haven't field-tested this one yet, but I feel it has potential.

The Leading Man

In the book writing comedy the author explains that one type of humor is when people think they know what we are going to say and then we day something different. So with this I think the build up is very important. With obvious twinkle in eye and reverence say "Oh wow, this is amazing, you are the cutest thing I have seen..." pause with a small smile "in the last few minutes".

The other night when I was showing someone how to blow a set on purpose I ran into this by accident. I said "Wowzers, I bet all the boys just tell you that you are such a schnoodle..." I was quite surprised when she was beaming and seemed really opened up. Later me and my friend suncool3 discussed it and realized that this phenomena could be explained.
