How does it sound?

Speed seduction it sounds like, but the reason why the 5 lies test is so successful is because usually the PUA has some rapport already built so they use that routine in attempt to to test whether the target is congruent with you and will invest her time into you because she is attracted to you.

So lets put your opener is fantasy play.

PUA: Hi
Girl: Hi
PUA: So there is a reason I decided to come up and talk to you out of everyone else in the room
Girl: Why?

PUA: Well I have a game to test that
Girl: Okay what test?

Now look at the scenario from her point of view,
A random guy just walked up to me alone, and is saying he looks right through me, pretty confident of him and he has a test hmm... I'll go along with it just to see what he is doing.

PUA: Ok, I'm going to ask you 5 questions. They goal is to lie to me. If I ask what color the sky is, you say green. got it?

HB: Okay I get it

PUA: Okay and if I win...........

Okay from here you can pick either buy me a drink, or kiss me on the cheek
So lets say you pick buy me drink

So from her point of view now
A random guy walks up to me, says he sees right through girls like me and he is gonna test me and if lose i buy him a drink but if i win he buys me a drink.

To her she is going to feel like your interested and is probably just trying to get her drunk and your playing her right now which is a no no especially in the opener.

So my suggestion is to get the social hook point, possibly DHV as well with a less intense routine before running the 5 lies

I would rather save this as a transition...

But I would encourage you to test it out! I'm sure if the HB was adventurous and playful enough (good screening) that it could be a success. If you were wanting to get into the 5 lies game right off the bat, you might want to use an opener such as "who lies more, men or women?" By doing something like this you can create a smooth transition into the 5 lies game and flow the conversation (and subsequent bet) in a way that you want to.
