Any suggestions? Any routines? I'm not new to this, but I'm wondering if you guys have any example routines I can throw in there pertaining to Abercrombie and mainstream culture, obviously a lot of teasing here....

You can just tease her if you want and flirt with a positive attitude while being friendly. Then when you wish just ask her to go hang out after work, break, before work etc. I usually just ask for the number and what I want up front....only if it's something I really want.

Maybe make fun of the way she works or dresses or what she does during the workday. Have fun with it. Im sure she'll understand as you are her co-worker. Relax and just only do what you want to get what you like, when you want it.
