DLV to DHV?!?!?! Opinions NEEDED

So I was thinking, is there a point when DLV'ing yourself is actually DHV'ing yourself?

let me explain:

Making fun of yourself? (Neging yourself)
Showing insecurities? (Lowering your guard)

Do these things show that you can have a good time and feel confident about yourself, or showing that you have more than just meets the eye?

Do doing these types of thing really DHV you and build comfort or do they just backfire and turn you into the AFC?

In my opinion and in a nutshell, NO.

There is a line, don't cross it. You can open up a bit, but don't purposely go in and neg yourself, because it'll come across as your wanting attention or your a needy person.

Build comfort by being honest with a girl, once enough good feeling is built along with no negative tension.
