If she's soemone you see often, like a classmate or a co-worker make sure she sees you interacting regularly with all the other women.
If you're opening cold in a club situation smile at or say hi to some girl passing by even if you don't actually know her. You'll still be paying attention to your target but she'll see you have to divide your attention.
If she's someonen you know already, make comments about other women's beauty.
