Just had an idea for a new routine, whilst struggling to sleep:
it is a essentially, a collaboration of a few current routines, but with my own input. It can be used for club or day game.
PUA: Hey, can i just borrow you/your friend for a second, relax i'll only be wont be long. I just need you to help me out with a survey im conducting.
ok. just go along with and answer without any great deal of thought. ok, hold your hands out.
do mystery Kino test light push down on the hands whilst asking:
PUA: what your favorite movie.
HB: answer
take off hands, let hers drop naturally or whatever
hold hands out in front of you palms facing vertically towards each other about a foot apart
PUA:ok, push my hands in as hard as you can.
let her feel your resistance for a couple of seconds (at this point lets hope you are stronger than her 
)
PUA: Ok whats your favorite current song
HB:blah blah justin beiber (hopefuly not, ey!)
PUA: ok your now a bit tense just relax,
lift her hand in the air
PUA: ok i want you to say your favorite, in the whole entire world, ever, flavor of ice cream whilst spinning around three times.
spin her, let her do the routine and giggle and enjoy it. then catch her in your embrace and do a little playful dance.
depending on her reaction i may give her the palm reading
PUA: Ok this line here means... you have sucky taste *lol*
Now as you can see this is not a radical exercise and is fairly safe, very playful and fun. however i have not yet field tested, how could i. i just thought of it doii
but i will do when day eventually breaks!
