Hi Guys,

I'd like to have some opinions on a false disqualification that I'm planning to use. But let me provide some background first.
I am currently on student exchange in Australia (I'm from Germany) and live in a college on campus. I'm not looking for explicit college and campus stuff here. What I want to do is disqualify myself for being here only for a limited amount of time. Something along the lines of

"Too bad I have to go back home after this semester, you'd be so my type."

What this is supposed to do, is setting a romantic/sexual frame for the conversation. I'm giving an SOI and at the same time put an obstacle between me and my target. This still leaves the window open to date me for the time that I'm here (which is about 6 months, so quite a while actually).
