I am just starting out at this, but I want some opinions on this topic for a DHV story - something to this effect but obviously with a better delivery -

"I went to bar/club with a girl that told a mutual friend she liked me, we went, she got mad I wasn't giving enough attention to her, she ended up dancing/making out with some guy, so I got mad, ended up making out with a couple different girls and taking one home in the car with us.

So now I know what the most awkward car ride in the world feels like. (then I could say "was I wrong, what do you think I should have done? etc)"

Is this good or does it make me look vengeful and/or a slut?

Sure this gets your pre-selection but it also makes you look like a player. This will backfire on you and put the wrong ideas in their mind about you. This would be a red flag to most girls. I like what you are trying to do but I'd work towards another story.

Exactly. And the fact that she is just a "mutual friend" yet you get mad when she makes out with some guy, shows you are either insecure or lying about your actual feelings for her.

Also in the story you say that you get mad at the girl. This is showing that you just care too much about her and then the kissing part will make the girls think you're an asshole who is just trying to make her feel bad. Pre-selection should be really subtle or else it's easily interpreted as bragging.

This is what I would try to do with your idea:

-Now, you like nice girls, I might even adopt one of you...
But would you ever consider doing this to a guy you like? Whats the point?
They: Bla bla..
You: Yeah, its weird. I dont wanne sound to cocky but when I go out Im the guy people wanne be around. But I cant be with everybody.. but I'll give you girls a couple of more minutes. Lets go meet some people I know...
