The point at the end is she will feel a good feeling because she is thinking of how good having x & y would make her feel. Now say to her, "So if you had x...you could then y...and you'd feel z" She will agree and feel that feeling. End with, "So you've felt it, you've achieved it, you can die now" And smile.

I've heard a lot of deep and thoughtful answers which I could compliment and appreciate. Some answers will be very shallow and repulsive.
