THis is a newbie question so have patience, but what do you need to convey to DHV? Are they literally stories about how cool things happen to you and about how many girls want you? because wouldnt just talking about how great things happen to you annoy the woman your talking to? she'd just think your a concieted arsehole

Its not a story bragging about how many woman want you, that's totally not the point of DHV.

DHV=Demonstrating Higher VALUE.
You are saying a story while in context with the topic or by smoothly transitioning it kinda like it just struck you at THAT current moment to tell her this.

It should be a story that sets you apart from the average Joe and demonstrates to her you have values/goals/achievements in your life. It really could be anything, it's also HOW you say it. Showing enthusiasm and confidence behind your words why you think holding up a Stop sign as you wave kids to cross the streets is the best job in the world can be considered a DHV if you make it that. Show some sentimental in your story, drop the whole "im a badass" attitude and really show passion and love for your story.
