So after reading a bunch of pua stuff, one thing that kind of confuses me is DHV. I hear that DHV is supposed to be only stories, and I hear it could also mean you telling a girl what you expect to have. so could someone give me like an example and clear explanation on this?

DHV essentially is any way that you are demonstrating higher value to the person. But as you put it, telling people of what you have, ie if you went and told her your goals or outright started telling them Oh I have a mansion, I'm famous and this and that. That is perceived as a DLV (lower value) because it really sounds like you're selling yourself.

Essentially you want to slip in under the radar with hinting what kind of person you are and lifestyle you live without sounding like you're trying to impress them. Stories are a great way to send these DHV spikes because you can tell the story putting in key things you want to demonstrate without it sounding like you are purposely telling them these DHV's.

(to be honest I'm not a huge PUA material person) but Mystery explained the key DHV characteristics are
1: valued by women
2: Leader of men (alpha male)
3: protective over loved ones and family

essentially the idea is to demonstrate to her (even if she is more picking up on these things on a subconscious level) that you're a pretty valuable person, but without necessarily conveying interest in here (ie. trying to prove your worth) so then she will become really interested in you, and then from there you can push her away or whatever you want to do next, which will help escalate. Its not until you consciously or subconsciously have their respect and interest that you can then move further on with her
otherwise you'll be just another dude hitting on her, instead of someone who stands out

To DHV means to demonstrate higher value. The key ones are:
Leader of men
Protector of loved ones
Social proof
Preselection by women
Humor/playfulness
Center of attention

DHV stories are a way to keep their interest while telling them this in a way that does not seem like bragging.

People communicate by IOIs IODs DHVs and DLVs.

M2F (male to female) DHVs increases your value.
M2F DLVs lower your value.
M2F IOIs raises her value.
M2F IODs (negs) lowers her value.

F2M IOIs raises your value.
F2M IODs lowers your value.
F2M DHVs is used for her to recover the value she lost in A2.
F2M DLVs is note really seen unless you have negged her too hard.
