Yeah, one of my sisters started mentioning incest after we had been kissing. Just be sarcastic; imply that it was obvious from the start that it wasn't a real sisterhood and that you know she's just being lame and trying to be funny by mentioning it. You can imply this just by your body language and tone of voice.

Be like 'Yeah, sure totally. It's DISGUSTING.'
Or, 'I agree, let's NEVER do that again. It was so wrong!'

Keep it playful, make them laugh when you say it.
